  1. In keeping with a New Years resolution to be positive, I entitled this Project Success. In reality some of what we will discuss will be failures, obstacles, problems to look out for and what we learn from this. Project management will never be easy but I believe the challenge is part of what we like about the job. Never a dull moment.
