bespoke scented products ranging from personal and home
fragrance to bath and body products.
Crafting Beauty's clients include retailers, fashion designers, interior
decorators, celebrities and lifestyle brands wishing to enter the world of
fragrance. With a minimum order starting as low as 1,000 units for personal
fragrance and 500 units for candles, Crafting Beauty is perfect for any sized
company wanting to create their own in-house fragrance products.

Based in New York and Paris, Crafting Beauty opened its doors in 2010 to fill a void in
the fragrance and beauty industry, answering the need for all sized companies wanting
to create their own In-House fragrance line. Led by François Damide, Crafting Beauty’s
team of creative and passionate individuals is committed to offer a complete turnkey
solution, from perfume creation, packaging design, prototyping, through the
manufacturing process of the finished product, ready to sell. Crafting Beauty acts as
your fragrance production department, a full service contract manufacturer.
In 1986, François Damide left his hometown of Caudry, France to fulfill the American Dream, becoming
CEO of the US branch of Solstiss & Bucol, the French Haute Couture lace and Hermès silk manufacturer.
Thanks to twenty years’ experience designing and producing custom-made patterns, textures, colors and
embellishments for designers such as Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs, Donna Karan, Oscar de
la Renta, he acquired the skill to translate an idea into an expertly-designed, finished product. When he
became President of the US subsidiary of Arthes Fragrance Group, François discovered all facets of the
fragrance world from scent creation to product development, manufacturing, marketing and distribution.
His new-found love for the perfume industry, coupled with his fashion design and craftsmanship
expertise, gave birth to Crafting Beauty in 2010.
Since its inception, Crafting Beauty has collaborated with Master Perfumers such as Ralf Schwieger,
Christophe Laudamiel, and Bertrand Duchaufour in the creation and production of unique fragrance
products for brands including Natalie Fragrance, Bobby Jones, The Vagabond Prince, L’Arganique
Beauté, Jouany, New London Pharmacy and L’Olivier among many others.
