3. BYDGOSZCZ
It is a city located in the north of Poland by the Brda river,
not so far away from the sea. It takes about three hours by
car to get to the seaside.

4. The most beautiful part of the city is Venice – the island – the place
surrounded by the water in the middle of the city
There are many old houses by the river.

5. There is also the Opera House by the river. It was completly rebuilt in 2006.
It is really modern.
There are seats for 800 spectators. In the picture you can see the white building
in the background – that’s Opera Nova, on the left there are the old
granaries.

6. The heart of the city is
the Old Market Square.
There are many
churches around it.
