UK Security has a health and safety policy to provide a safe working environment for employees. The policy aims to adequately control health and safety risks, consult employees, provide safe equipment, ensure safe substance use, give training and prevent accidents. As part of this, risk assessments are conducted to identify hazards by looking closely at the working environment, including factors like floors, manual loads, temperatures and lighting. Hazards are then evaluated and risks are reduced or protected against, with records kept and employees trained accordingly. The policy is reviewed regularly.
