• They are here to see your quality of thought
• Convey your thoughts well

• Decide the audience you wish to share your project/idea with
• Understand why your project is important to them
• Know the level of knowledge of your audience to establish the tone and
information of your presentation

• Combining minimal text with meaningful visuals means that you’ll reach

• Replace words with a picture, chart or diagram
