How to make an effective presentation

  1. 1.  If you want to make an effective presentation which is out of any mistakes just follow these steps and instructions. (Detailed)
  2. 2.  Never Use many fonts Use many colors Use distracting colors For EX:- too bright colors
  3. 3.  Be simple in your effects . This effect is annoying . But this is simple & fine .

  8. 8.  ALL CAPITAL LETTERS MAYBE DISTRACTING . Mostly use CAPITAL letter just at the beginning. For font use (Arial) . Italic maybe hard to read. Bold makes it clear. Underline means that you signify a hyperlink. Use attracting color to signify imp word.
  9. 9.  Use numbers when its necessary . For EX:- How to put an elephant into a fridge ?1. Open the door of the fridge .2. Put the elephant .3. Close the door of the fridge.
  10. 10.  Follow this rule in colors: Dark on light &light on dark and youWill be contrasting not distracting. For EX:- Dark on light. Light on dark.
