1. Visit Cancellations Statewide from March to November 2014
Visits are held on Saturdays and Sundays. In most situations inmates are not allowed visits on two days,
just one day, unless their visit was cancelled and can be rescheduled to Sunday. Some facilities have the
space to do that while others don’t.
HCCC will cancel visits to certain units on Saturday if their staffing levels are low. They reschedule the
visits for the cancelled unites to Sunday.
Kulani Correctional Facility (KCF) will do the same thing. If their visits are cancelled on Saturday they will
reschedule for Sunday.
