Cindy Nelson has over 20 years of experience in customer service and billing resolution. She has an Associate's degree from Salt Lake Community College in word processing and a Cosmetology degree from International Cosmetology Institute. Currently she works as a Customer Service Rep II for Convergys, handling inbound calls regarding billing and technical issues for their DirecTV TV service. She has strong skills in resolving extreme billing issues and escalating calls to supervisors and managers.
