Exploring Cinema
o Learned shot composition and how different things in film reflect the ongoing
scenario of the story. In this class, iMovie was used to create an alternate
ending to a film.
Film Production
o Learned about how to film short movies, how to act, how to edit our movie,
and how to write a story board. In this class, Adobe Premier and Sony Vegas
were used to edit film into a final product.
TV Production
o Learned about how to film for a television broadcast, how to work TV studio
equipment, and how to edit film to be presentable in a Television broadcast
environment. Adobe premier was used to edit our film.
Psychology
o Learned about how the brain works, different parts of the brain, and what sorts
of substances or activities can damage the brain or impair neural activity.
Intro to Communications Technology
o Learned about how to work with all different sorts of programs and equipment,
including Adobe Premier Elements, Adobe Photoshop, Dye Sublimation heat
presses, and digital cameras.
Digital Photography
o Learned how to work a simple digital camera, compose shots, and how to
work Adobe Photoshop to edit taken pictures in various ways.
