Dear Sir/Madam,
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
This memorandum of understanding is made and executed on dated 22/05/2017 between
“INVENTORY DATA MANAGEMENT” and GAURAV AGARWAL be it here by
acknowledged and agreed as follows:
First party is INVENTORY DATA MANAGEMENT and second party is GAURAV
AGARWAL “SECOND PARTY” shall pay Rs. 3000/- as Registration fee, (Not
Refundable) which is equivalent to Rupees in letter. “THREE THOUSAND ONLY”.
(*REFUNDABLE Condition Apply)
This contact shall remain valid till the next Nine months from the date of starting of
actual live commercial production and mutual relations. After the completion and review
of the performance and mutual relation, the same contract can be extended or renewed ad
desired by both parties.
FINANCIALS:
Total working days: One slot 15 days (Rs.16000/-).
PAYMENT SECURITIES:
If SECOND PARTY delivers the processed work as desired by the client with 97%
accuracy, the FIRST PARTY will pay 20% advance in next remaining months.
PAYMENT:
Payment of billing will be made after 6-8 commercial days of monthly reports.
QUALITY CHECKING:
Quality check report will be provided with in 6-8 working days of the submission of the
data transmitted in previous lot.
ACCURACY:
SECOND PARTY agrees to deliver processed work with 90% accuracy, otherwise
Deduction will be made as……
Between 90% - 87%- the deduction will be of 10 %,
Between 87% - 84%- the deduction will be of 20 %,
Between 84% - 81%- the deduction will be of 30 %,
2. Between 81% - 78%- the deduction will be of 40 %,
Between 78% - 75%- the deduction will be of 50 %.
