competitions to let children/students get
to grow as a full person.

courses, activities, contacts, facilities, etc.
› Location: each community small or big
needs sprouters to act as a youth worker.
The sprouter is driven by the community.

10. To Change Is to Ask Why NOT
To discredit the government and billions of dollars
that have been spent on teacher training would be
a big question.
However, this path has already happening in front of
our eyes as many more people get access to the
Internet and the limitless resources available online.
The traditional teacher role has also been changing
rapidly as many university lecturers are not PhD
holders but industry experts. A fine line between
academics and university students has been drawn.
Of course, to expect the current model of education
be eradicated by 2020s is a wild dream. However,
the role of sprouter will definitely starting to sprout.
And hopefully, I can be one of these pioneers: the
DREAM-MAKERs.
