2. Step 1: My Dream Job in 2022
In the year 2022, I imagine myself designing networks using
renewable energy microgeneration. The goal of my work would be
to get self-sustainable and environmentally friendly cities.
I would work from home networked with other designers via the
internet and in close cooperation with the expert community.
When doing terrain analysis, we would remotely use robots
equipped with appropriate sensors.

What would be a perfect day at a
school/faculty/business school/university
that would answer your expectations and
help you be competitive for the dream
jobs of the future?
A perfect day for us includes a new
experience, in a different scene, facing
and overcoming new personal or
technical challenges, getting in this way
more knowledge to face the next day.
5. Step 1: My Dream Job in 2022
The kind of business organization would
be a distributed model, each one working
from their own home, organized into teams
and earning more by goals achieved.
Where the location of the company
would not be relevant whenever there
was internet connection. This is a way to
motivate employees and not add constraints
to recruit people for your team from different
geographical locations, in addition to
freedom of choice to employees about the
place to live.
6. Step 1: My Dream Job in 2022
Emerging and more attractive sectors in
the future we expect to be robotics,
electronics, programming software and ENERGY
hardware for automating processes and in
consequence power generation.
The ideal way to attract top talent to a project is by contests of
talents encourage teamwork and creativity.
Once incorporated these talents, they are retained by stimulating
their intellectual and personal development, making their dreams
come true within our organization.
Supporting and encouraging their initiatives within the possibilities of the
company. The company has to assess how much you care to retain the
employee, the risks of deny that project, the costs and returns that will involve to
take this initiative forward. Based on these factors continue to make decisions
about the project or dismiss it, always encouraging new proposals to happen.
Flexibility, work-life balance, long time bonuses and stock options will help
too, sure!

Which skills, knowledge, competences,
and experiences you will need for your
dream job?
Personal skills:
Communication skills, languages required:
Spanish, English, and Chinese.
Project management experience: experience in
organizing and distribute properly the workload
within a huge community.
Technical skills:
The more knowledge about environment,
machinery, automation, software and hardware
programming and energy transformation we will
be able to learn, the more power efficiency we will
get.

What should education look like to deliver
this knowledge to students to support
future
organizations/companies?
Education should be delivered through a mixture
of classroom lessons and via the Internet,
worldwide interconnected, to promote
collaboration with anyone over the world while
getting the required knowledge requested by
student through mind maps.
