• The Student experience was supported by
scaffolding it in Parisian culture.
• Students created their own Literature research
project out of this experience.
• This resulted in students considering their
future in Higher Education.

• By occupying a dual role as students and
researchers, we were able to experience the
research trip from both perspectives.
• This allowed us to have a more informal
relationship with the students, and offer advice
on further education.
