Committed to ensuring that a lack of resources does not prevent young Nigerians from pursuing higher education, the Michael and Cecilia Ibru University (MCIU) recently announced that it would make 150 new scholarships available to students for the coming academic year.

2.  Committed to ensuring that a lack of resources does not
prevent young Nigerians from pursuing higher
education, the Michael and Cecilia Ibru University
(MCIU) recently announced that it would make 150 new
scholarships available to students for the coming
academic year.

3.  A statement made by Andrew Okwudei, the registrar of
MCIU, outlined the details of the 2015 Scholars
Scholarship program.
 Scholarships are open to prospective MCIU students who
plan to pursue studies in management, social sciences,
or natural and applied sciences in the 2015/2016
academic session.
 A total of 150 scholarships and bursaries are available,
each worth up to N1m in MCIU tuition. Scholarship
applicants must be 16 years of age or over, with five “O”
level credit passes; three of these credits must have
been obtained for mathematics, English language, and
a science subject.
