Microsoft IT - Hiring Manager Portal Project
Project Overview:
Hiring Managers have multiple applications for staffing functions.
MSIT had an opportunity to streamline Hiring Manager tasks while
improving the overall Staffing Systems by creating a Hiring
Manager Portal. Leveraged Capgemini Discovery Workshop to
structure project.
Project Objectives:
Understand Duet Enterprise as a MSIT solution
Create a viable business application to persuade internal staffing
business to implement this POC
 Increase user adoption: simplify processes, reduce systems, decrease time to
execute tasks, decrease processing time of tasks
 Increase visibility of recruiting cycle for the Hiring Manager
 Decrease TCO (maintenance costs)
 Increase Time to Market (for initial release and for any changes going forward)
