The World Development Report 2019 of the World Bank Group
emphasizes in the importance of people preparing for shifting jobs
caused by the incorporation of new technologies and innovation.
Naturally, progress eliminates jobs but creates new ones. This
realityshouldnotgeneratefearbutadesiretoinvestineducation.
Education accumulates; therefore, it is important to invest in
proper education starting in early childhood and continuing with
lifelonglearning,aiming tertiaryeducation.
