Have you ever noticed that most of the best kids are raised by the best parents? Kids always learn the things they know from the people they look up to. It could be their Math tutor, English tutor, school teacher or even their mother or father. But it is better that you become their best example, their hero. Always be there for them when they are in need of your help.

Have you ever noticed that most of the best kids are raised by the best parents? Kids always learn the
things they know from the people they look up to. It could be their Math tutor, English tutor, school
teacher or even their mother or father. But it is better that you become their best example, their hero.
Always be there for them when they are in need of your help.
Children always seek attention, so make sure you give them enough attention necessary for a growing
one. School may be fun, but it also is one factor that a child develops stress because aside from school
works, they get to meet different kids – that is, if they are not into home school where they are only
dealing with their tutors. There will always be somebody they can never get to be friends with. Always
ask on how they do in school. Teachers have a lot of students to attend to, so make sure you are
responsible for checking on yours from time to time just in case.
Give them rewards or simply recognize what they did after a good performance in school, or if you are
away from them, instruct their English or Math tutors to do so. It could help them to be motivated in
doing better knowing that their efforts are noticed. The rewards may not always be something very
expensive. A simple hug, a day in the mall, some delicious treats or a note saying they did a good job
may already be enough for them. Kids have the simplest joys, so rewarding them is easy.
Inspire them. Tell them your own experiences in school when you were at their age. A lot of things may
have changed during the years, but children will always find it amusing. One way or another, they will
always find something common in your experiences with theirs and never hesitate in telling them your
wrongdoings in school. Make them realize it is wrong. Just let them learn from your own mistakes.
Though experience is said to be the best teacher, it is better that they would rather learn from your
experiences. Guide them to avoiding those.
If your children get a bad mark in one of their subjects, or had a detention, if it is just possible, don't
shout at them or curse at them. It is really painful in your childrens ear. Instead, try talking to them in a
calm voice. Ask them what happened or what they did wrong. It is understanding that they are seeking
as of the moment. Just make them realize things in a better light.
2. As a parent it is important that you get to understand what your child wants and how they feel in certain
things because every child is different in a very unique way. You don't get to treat everyone the same
way and get the very same response. The most important thing you can do to help your child excel in
school is to really know them. If they need extra learning, get them an English or Math tutor. Guide
them all the way and you will always get to weigh the best options for them. Just let them chase their
own stars.
