    44. 49. Impact <ul><li>Stella came to us after having a severe stroke which left her paralysed down her left side. Her speech was very affected. She used to be very active within the community. Stella has used several different services offered within BBH and the health place including: Dru Yoga, Meditation for Health, and Fresh Focus programmes. The results have been amazing she has gone on to exhibit artwork for which she received an award from the city council. She has gained a lot of her speech and continues to practice movements. She has recently stood for council. </li></ul><ul><li>Jenny has been a yoga student within the health place since it opened its doors. She has benefitted greatly from attending iyengar and dru yoga classes. Which has helped her keep her body supple and her stress levels calm. </li></ul><ul><li>Jan attended both fresh focus and healthy living programmes which ran within the community . As a result Jan has developed her confidence to train as a </li></ul><ul><li>naturopath and yoga teacher . She is undertaking our PTLS course within </li></ul><ul><li>Blackburne House </li></ul>
