As a consultant with the Mainframe Measurements Group I performed support functions for the Mainframe Data
Collection and Measurements Group, also acted as the Quality Analyst for the group. Did development in REXX, JCL,
DB2, FTP and Tivoli Operations Planing and Control (OPC) and various IBM Utilities to maintain and imporve the system
which obtains measurement data from over 450 different systems. Also maintained and reported on the Quality Metrics
for the group in order to improve the performance of the group and its tools.

Function Tested new code for a component of the z/OS Operating System using PL/X, REXX, Assembler and
various internal tools on both MVS and VM systems. Created a set of variations to be tested, the code and
scenarios to do the testing as well as doing the testing. Took the lead in developing variations, testcases,
doing the testing and writing up defects for the new code. Also, implemented Level 1 technical support for the z/OS
Operating system and various other software running on z/OS. Received customer calls and communications and

ISPF Dialog Management facilities for an online and batch based database system. Provided overnight support of
batch jobs for the system as needed. Also provided data correction and ad-hoc reports. Participated in the team
that converted from the legacy Billing system to the JD Edwards based Billing System. Solved user problems while
on the Help Desk for the changeover to JD Edwards. Provided backup on Accounts Receivable system on an
AS/400 system. Worked on Hostfax and Rightfax fax systems, and on the Vertex tax system in COBOL.
