INQUIRIES
Inquiries are a way for you to store information
within iDSS without creating an actual account or
contact record. Inquiries are usually an individual
that requests a visitor guides or other printed
information or people visiting your Visitor Center
or a caller requesting information.
LEADS
Lead created and sent to partners for hotel
rooms, meeting spaces or services
QUERIES & REPORTS
Users can use pre-built queries to find and
export data using this tool and save the Query
so it can be ran again in the future. Making a
Query Public will allow other users in the
Organization to be able to access the Query.

REPORTS
Each report is grouped by subject
(General, Sales, Services, Inquiries,
Membership, Accounting, Media). Click
on the name of the report and a
separate window will appear showing
you the different parameters you can
choose from before printing this report.
SCHEDULED REPORTS
You can schedule any report to be
automatically emailed to you daily,
weekly or monthly by clicking on the
Schedule Report button.
NEW QUERY
You can use the Query tool to find
specific data, export the results to make
your own reports, or use it to keep your
data clean. You can also use the query
tool for assigning large groups of people
to distribution lists or add tasks to large
groups of accounts or contacts.

saved for future use and accessed here.

Distribution Lists are used for
distributing materials, such as emails,
flyers, notices, holiday cards, etc. to
Contacts within an Account or Inquiries
within an Inquiry Record.

that offers easy to build, beautifully
designed and responsive emails, with
Excellent deliverability, analytics and
integration with iDSS Cyclone CRM
platform.
