Each student is recommended to have the following items for their own use:
• Two sharpened pencils.
• One box of colored pencils and/or crayons. Markers are optional, but tend to be
popular.

Scissors (one pair for school and one pair for home).
• Glue stick (It’s a good idea to have more than one of these).
• Eraser.
• Ultra Fine tip permanent marker. Used for outlining.
• Small pencil box.

Eight single-subject wide-rule spiral notebooks. (Students should bring four
notebooks with them to school on the first day. The other four can be used as back-back-
ups for later in the school year.)
• Two plastic, 2 pocket folders. Plastic will last longer than paper ones as they will be
used daily.

2 GB or larger flash drive on a lanyard. (Please make sure your student’s name is on
the lanyard and the flash drive.)
• One ream of white copy paper.
• One pair of ear buds or headphones. These will be used for listening centers and
each child will use their own. Ear buds are easier to store.
• Individual dry erase board. We will be using these for Board Math and other
activities.
