Recognized as one of three “Top Officers” by the US Army Mission Command Training
Center for Strategic Operations procedures and products during War Fighter 15-03.
Created Ebola response handbook which was recognized by the US Army Inspector
General as a best practice to follow by units deploying to West Africa to combat Ebola.
My platoon earned “best platoon” within company (and multiple decorations) and was selected
first from five units to be deployed and conduct new evacuation concepts.
Earned the title of Distinguished Honor Graduate, ranking amongst the top 11% of United

The Sikorsky Corporation awarded me their Sikorsky Rescue Award for actions in combat.

United States Army Experience
Technical Competence
Improved maintenance program by cutting wasteful practices resulting in an ongoing
operational readiness rate of 90% with only 60% staffing.
Enhanced Senior Command Surgeon operations by instructing and implementing new
Army IT command system.
Diagnosed and repaired cutting edge electro/mechanical sub-systems of AH-64 Apache
helicopters in concert with technical reps from DynCorps, Lockheed Martin, and Boeing
Administrative
Authored and implemented Fort Hood Regulation 40-20, “Aeromedical Evacuation
Operations” standardizing efforts for evacuation procedures across Fort Hood.
Accounted for the largest flight standardization program within Fort Hood, Texas, which
administered flight exams, inspections, and annual re-certifications of over 50 Aviators.
Managed all Flight Platoon administration actions, instituted flight schedules, and tracked
scheduled and unscheduled maintenance while deployed in Afghanistan.
Creating, Documenting and Training
Responsible for the publications of over 20 Corps level Operation Orders affecting over
132,000 Personnel spread across different Divisions in Texas, Kansas, and Colorado.
Created and oversaw logistics program in Afghanistan, leveraging US Army, German,
Norwegian, and Afghanistan transportation assets moving personnel and equipment.
Fashioned highly successful Aeromedical training program resulting in the instruction of
over 500 American, Dutch, German, Norwegian, and Belgium personnel.
Leadership and Supervision
Selected to fill an Executive level staff position traditionally held by a Lieutenant Colonel
as a mid-level Captain responsible for 30% of all Army medical evacuation assets.
Filled two Senior Major Positions simultaneously during exercise in Spain. Accounted for
30 staff officers responsible for coordinating all internal and external medical operations.

Rear Detachment Commander, Captain, Fort Hood, Texas. Accountable for 70 million
dollars in equipment, 10 UH-60 Blackhawks, and 44 personnel.
Aeromedical Evacuation Platoon Leader, Captain, Fort Hood, Texas. Accountable for 27
million dollars in equipment, 3 UH-60 Blackhawks, and 31 personnel.
Aeromedical Evacuation Section Leader. First Lieutenant, Kunduz, Afghanistan.
Accountable for 19 million dollars in equipment, 3 UH-60 Blackhawks, and 27 personnel.
Apache Avionics Technician, Specialist, Wonju Korea. Provided maintenance support for
fleet of 24 AH-64 Apaches. Accounted for 750,000 dollars in Army equipment.

Personal
Happily married and the father of two healthy children. Some of my hobbies include hunting,
