2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 ¾ cup sugar
2 cups Swan Down Cake Flour
¼ tea spoon baking powder
1 tea spoon vanilla extract
¼ or ½ tea spoon cream of tartar
Direction:
1. Mixed #2,3,4 with egg yolk well add #1,5,6,7 beat until smooth. Put the
mixture on the side.
2. Beat egg white until form bubble. Add #8 high speed beat it until firm.
3. Used utensil mixed egg yolk mixture and egg white well.
4. Set oven at 350 F,bake 45-50 minutes.
Apple Crumb Pie
Ingredients:
Single pie crust
2 tsp lemon juice

1/4 cup sugar
4 apples peeled and cored
3 tbsp flour
¾ tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup heavy cream
Nut crumb topping:
½ cup flour
½ cup packed brown sugar
4 tbsp butter cut up
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup pecans
1/3 cup walnuts
Mix everything except nuts until crumbly then stir in the nuts.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Cut apples into ½ inch thick slices, toss with lemon juice.
3. In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour & cinnamon, stir into
apples.
4. Place mixture into pie shell.
5. Place in oven, bake for 30 minutes, remove pie from oven,
Reduce oven to 350 F.
6. Use heavy cream drizzle over the pie, put crumb topping
evenly on top.
7. Cover edge of pie with tinfoil, bake for 30 to 35 minutes or
Until bubbly or the top is brown, serve warm.

Cheese cake tarts
Ingredients: 2 pkgs(8 oz)cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Vanilla wafers
Canned “thank you”filling (cherry or blueberry)
2 ½ inch foilbaking cups
Direction:1.Beat all ingredients together in a large bowl with electric
beater until smooth.
2. Line the foil baking cups with one vanilla wafer in each spoon
2/3 full of mixture.
3. Bake 350 for 15 mins
4. When cool, spoon blueberry and sauce on each.
