My background as a manager has always engendered loyalty and respect. I like working with
people and have the unique talent of quickly garnering trust and compatibility. It is important
to have the right people skills to make this program a success.As a moderator and facilitator
in our brainstorming sessions it is important that the staff does not feel intimidated or fearful
of their ideas and discussions.This is why these sessions are performed without the presence
of Senior Management. I make it fun, yet serious and guide along the way.This can turn
negative people into positive thinking employees as they have a strong voice in company
operations and success. I have never failed to leave a Profit Plus Program where the staff
feels more empowered and therefore more productive. Its one of the reasons I enjoy this
program so much. Real new profits are generated and a new attitude of teamwork and
service is generated.

• AnchorBancorp. – Over $10 Billion asset bank. Profit Plus Program realized over $10 million dollars in
new annual profits.This was a bank-wide program.
•Eastern Mortgage Corp. – Large regional mortgage company that produced over $12 Billion in
Mortgage Originations annually. The Profit Plus Program generated over $1.2 million in new profit.
• First Down Laser Systems –Wrote the Business Plan for Potential Laser use in sports, including
football. Worked with the Late Pat Summerall and met with DonaldTrump for guidance.
• MasterPharm, LLC – Pharmaceutical Compounding Company. Currently developing a new business
company to capitalize on new regulations. I am designing the business plan to obtain 4 – 5 million of
private capital for the venture.
