certificate or right-to-use certificate for the purchased license(s). Effective April 2009, ALA documents are published on
Software Support Online. When a new ALA document is being published, the replaced ALA document can be found through
the Self-solve Knowledge Search. Enter ALA as a keyword to search on and select document type Manuals. Then click on
Search to look for documents with Additional License Authorizations. You can either search these for all products or for a
specific product, as long as you also select All Versions and All Operating Systems.
