Is the company maximizing its investment in our technology division? Is the strategy deployed creating the highest value yet minimizing the financial commitment on behalf of the company? The goal of our organization is to insure that the strategy reflects the best solution for the company as a whole.
This outlines the process that each of the departments will submit to. The objective will produce a detailed analysis of all the aspects of internal operations that each unit is comprised of. This information will be compared to scenarios in other geographic locations. This basis will include many factors so that an effective picture can be obtained. At this point the best case alternatives or scenarios can be isolated for potential review or selection. The last and final component is the presentation. All of the findings along with the best possible solutions are presented for management to make a decision.
Here are the general demographics that make up the technology division. This is essential the basis that the company will be reviewing the deployment and structure that exists within this division of the company.
These are the four teams that reflect the operation and function. Each one of these aspects will be evaluated based on the criteria and costs associated within their respective area. This presentation will go through the order of the slide starting with Real Estate.

We asked our customer what they were looking for in terms of output from our project. We pulled data from the data generated from each team directly from the SQL database. We then exported this data into Eexcel for creation of charts and to make our calculations.
