I am Mr. Happy
Hi I am Mr. Happy …..

I live in busy capital of
India, Delhi.

I have a family -- a beautiful wife
and two cute and lovely kids. A
picture perfect family…

And I own an apartment in one of
the best areas of Delhi..

Perfect me ….Perfect family ……
I own two cars ..a Honda & a 7 series
BMW. Wow…..I love them

I work in a great company with a fat pay
package…

I get promotions every two years ……and
known as a workaholic

Perfect me ….Perfect family ……
But One day…..

Yes,

one fine day….

The Sun was there..

Clouds were there …

Everything was same …

But my life changed……
Mr. Happy

Became

Mr. Sad……….

And it changed lives …

Live of me Mr. Perfect and
life of my family
I had a cardiac arrest...yes
heart attack at the age of
30...
and reality check happened ....

on further analyzing the
reasons...and interacting with
family and doctors ..

.It was evaluated that I made
his life really hectic and was
victim of hectic lifestyle...
I became Mr. Sad from within..

Working for 14 hours ....and managing my
life with 4 to 5 hrs of sleep 

Lack of sleep resulted in all health
related problems....
• Heart disease
• Heart attack
• High blood pressure
• Diabetes
• Depression
• Skin Problems
• Weight Gain
But heart attack changed my life..
..it was a severe one
I was shocked …my family was
shocked
How could this happen to me ??

...I realized that this is second life
given to me by God.

And Then….
I realized that medicines will not help in
long run...and I will have to make
start Loving myself…and
make my lifestyle change
With the help of his doctor, and a life
coach,....I recreated my schedule...
which emphasized on
• prioritizing sleep of eight hours a
  day...
• sleeping at same time and getting up
  at the same time..
• .exercising 30 minutes average daily....
Every day first thing in the morning …..I
started writing in my diary ….things II
need to do good to make my heart
strong…… and followed them with my
heart


Every night before Sleeping I wrote
good things I did today to make my
heart strong …..and promised myself to
do better tomorrow…..
And today …..my heart is happy with me
….

And I am actually MR HAPPY from with
in…..

I urge from my STRONG heart …to all
Mr. Happys ….there reading this
presentation……

Start Loving Yourself….

Sleep Well, Eat Well, Exercise Well and

Your heart will be HAPPY….
