the atmosphere islively,andthe roomisfull of smiles.Throughoutthe show we see the audiences
reactions.
5. The scene cuts back to presenttime whichisinthe counsellor’sroomagain,theystarttalkingabout
the showand howshe thoughtit wentthatday. MG beginstoopen-upaboutwhatshe wasgoing
throughand howshe reallyfelt,we starttosee a vulnerable side.
MG is sittingdowninherdressingroomandstarts to go throughhersocial mediaandreplyingto
commentsonline.A voiceoverfromthe counsellingroomisplayingoverthe topof thisscene.
6. The scene movesbackto conversationwiththe counsellorasMG talks aboutsocial media,andthe
negative affectithadonher,we begintosee more of the other side of MG andsee how hurt she was
by the thingsshe usedgothrough,it alsohelpsthe audience torelate toMG.
MG starts to readhate commentsaftershe hasgone live,she pretendsshe doesn’tsee them, butthe
trollsdon’tstop,we see herbecome more andmore upset,she turnsher phone off andstarts to
breakdown,she iscrying whilsttakinghermakeupandwigoff,the atmosphere isverytense.She
packs upall her drag stuff andputs itin a box on the top shelf.A voiceroverfromthe counselling
room startsto play.
7. The scene changes,back to counsellingroom, whichisacontrast in atmosphere,fromthe tense
surroundingthathadbuiltup inthe dressingroom.MG istalkingabouthow she feltinthat moment
and whyit gotto her so much,we understandhe storyand whatshe has gone throughand are really
emphasizingwithher.The counsellorcansee how muchMG lovesdrag andsuggestsforher to go
back to the room,to rememberall the positives,asshe cansee that MG isin a more positive mind
space about itall now.
The final scene isMG goingback to the same room that she drasticallygave upondrag so manyyears
ago, andstarts to go throughthe boxesthat she keptherstuff in,that hadn’tbeentouchedormoved
one bitall these yearslater.We see happinessinhereyesasshe startsto try some of the propson. It
isleftas an openending,andallowsthe audience tointerperate.
