The Help is a book based in the history of the
privileges and differences between maids and
ladies, in the years 60 in a city located in the
United States called “Mississippi”. One white girl
shows how she helps a black girl to have a better
life, in exchange the black girl have to tell her life
being a black person for writing a report.
What have surprised me?
  • The first thing is how the maids look after the children of the
ladies, and the maids leave their children in the hands of other
  maids.

  • The second thing is that the black personscan´t use the same
things that use the white people.

•The third thing is that the black people can´t go with the white
persons in the same bus, can´t use the same bathrooms, can´t
eat together and can´t live together.

  • The fourth thing is that one black person insults a white person
their husband kill the black perrson.

  they were his children.
