Sports to Play During this class period you will play… Flag football Basketball Soccer Dodgeball Ultimate Frisbee
Warm-ups Everyday before activity will be warm-ups. Everyone will get a chance to lead the class. Mostly basic activities you’re used to maybe a couple you’re not. Then will finish with a bound-a-round which I’m sure you will love.
Running Days There are many different running activities. You will learn to love them all. Take advantage of these days to stay in shape! Also will need to participate to receive full points for the day.

Weight Room Days will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Main lifts… Squat Bench Press Dead lift These lifts will help you become stronger than the opponent.
Weight Room Cont. Follow weight room rules. Will have a lifting partner or group. Max out every other week.
Offseason One of the most important aspects! Stay in shape! Eat the right way! EARN you spot on the team! Be a leader!
Get Involved Play more than one sport if you can. Playing different sports helps your ability in every sport you participate in.   • 7. Warm-ups Everyday before activity will be warm-ups. Everyone will get a chance to lead the class. Mostly basic activities you’re used to maybe a couple you’re not. Then will finish with a bound-a-round which I’m sure you will love.
  • 8. Running Days There are many different running activities. You will learn to love them all. Take advantage of these days to stay in shape! Also will need to participate to receive full points for the day.

  • 10. Weight Room Days will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Main lifts… Squat Bench Press Dead lift These lifts will help you become stronger than the opponent.
  • 11. Weight Room Cont. Follow weight room rules. Will have a lifting partner or group. Max out every other week.
  • 12. Offseason One of the most important aspects! Stay in shape! Eat the right way! EARN you spot on the team! Be a leader!
