How to use MotivAider® for Mobile



              Start a new behavior
              change project
Ingeniously simple and easy to use

                   “Improve posture”

             Enter your desired behavior


                    “I’m no slouch!”

             Enter a brief personal message
             that will remind and urge you
             to do what you intend to do
As private as a thought

     Select a prompt type - vibration
     only or vibration plus audible tone


     Try out the prompt, and associate
     your personal message with the
     prompt so that whenever you
     feel/hear the prompt, you’ll think
     your message
Get prompts as often as you want
           Choose how often to
           receive prompts.
           For example, if you choose an interval
           of 10 minutes, you’ll receive a prompt
           every 10 minutes

           Choose whether to receive
           prompts at regular or
           random intervals
Set it and leave it

   Use Auto Stop if you’d like
   prompting to automatically stop
   at a given time every day.

   Save your project.

   That’s all there is to it.
