13. Home Page > Register Now It is free to sign up as a member and to list your offerings on the platform. When you visit our website www.missionmarkets.com click “Register Now” in the box on the top right Tip: Check your spam folder if our registration e-mail does not arrive within a few minutes.

Home Page > Register Now > Issuer Questionnaire 1) Register on Our Secure Site as an ‘Organization Seeking Capital’ 2) Enter Contact Details 3) Finish Questionnaire After you hit "Register with Mission Markets", you should receive an email confirming your registration with an activation link you will need to click before your account becomes active.

16. Home Page > Sign In > Dashboard Once your account is active you will be able to log in using the username and password you created during registration. Feel free to explore your user friendly dashboard. This will be updated shortly with more features.
17. Home Page > Sign In > Organizational Details Fill in the “Organization Details” tab with information about the company itself.
18. Home Page > Sign In > Offerings Save Frequently! Fill in the “New Primary/Secondary Offering” under the “Offerings” tab, with information about the capital you are looking to raise. This includes documents we require you to upload, and impact metrics, including an “ARC” and IRIS indicators.

Draft Offering > VETTING PROCESS > Live Offering Once you have updated your offering information in full, our internal vetting team will review the submitted offering and schedule a phone call with your management team to better understand the offering. Upon approval from the vetting team, your offering will be made “live” on our secure site, available to be viewed by registered accredited impact investors. Live Offering

23. Offerings > Dashboard (Investor View) When an investor logs onto his or her account, the dashboard will display and provide organizational details of new offerings.
