demand within the market at any one time
• The ideal buyer who appreciates your property
and is prepared to pay the ideal price has to be in
the market at the time you are selling your home
• You have to appreciate the market at the time of
selling your home and realise it keeps changing

Don’t allow greed to take over and remember:
• Your home is only worth what someone is prepared
to pay for it at the time
• You can influence the Selling Price by preparing the
property well for sale
• Make certain you determine the price on facts about
the market, with knowledge of houses for sale and
especially recent ones sold
• Don’t be enticed into selling your home by a good
salesperson who makes outlandish promises
• The best chance of Selling your Home is when it first
goes to market, don’t waste the opportunity

buyer and not just an expensive shotgun effort
