2. Mining
Objective :
• To acquire all prospecting rights and mining permits on
our land
• where possible use it as equity.
• See to it that mining does not cause environmental
disaster
• Maximize returns by negotiating contracts which are
water tide especially with regard to surface usage of our
land.
• Review all existing leases and update them in terms of
new laws which are in place(NEMA)

3. Environment
Objective:
• To improve air and water quality by preventing
possible degradation of same through mining and
related activities on the land.
• Improve quality of growth and development without
compromising the environment.
• Enforcement of Regulations
• To have good waste management and to avoid
pollution of the environment.

4. Agriculture
• We have Agricultural Master Plan:
Objective :
• To establish food security
• To develop subsistence farmers to reach
commercial level
• Finally we should have sustainable agricultural
system.
How?
• We should establish enabling environment by
developing good agricultural infrastructure.

5. Land Management
Objective:
• To maximize profitable use of our land.
• To avoid illegal use of our valuable resource which
is our land.
• Protect unused land in order to make it available for
the development of the Master Plan.
• To regulate influx into our area.
• Regulation and enforcement of customary laws and
land policy.
