In the age of consumerism and globalization, unhealthy lifestyle is a reality.
Diabetes, obesity, gastrointestinal problem, depression and anxiety to name
a few is evident among the students of India.
Our aim is to promote healthy campus life in NIT Silchar using the
methodology of Design Thinking.

• Applications are created to guide students to have meals with right amount of nutrients
