7. Nutritional Ayurveda Courses in Rishikesh, India
Get certified for nutritional ayurveda course in rishikesh, india is organized by the ayurveda
wellness center (AWC). We conduct two program one is 7 nights - 8 days and another is 14 nights -
16 days. Both programs is a weekly program runs throughout the years and starts on every
wednesday. One should arrive on tuesday for complimentary meals and stay to start fresh from
wednesday. Sunday will be free day.
The program will intensify with the knowledge of ayurvedic herbs, disorder such as vaata, pitta,
kapha, treatments, dos and don’ts as per ayurvedic philosophy, home remedies of ailments along
with the preparation of ayurvedic food/ sweet coolers, panchmahabhoot signify to correct the

Yogic activities and Ayurvedic treatment. Ayurveda retreat includes the s practice of yogic
activities such as yoga asana, breathing technique (Pranayama), meditation and the
Panchakarma treatments. The retreat offers two ayurvedic consultations, details on
ayurvedic diet, vedic astrology, vedic Prayer etc. Private accommodation with attach bath
and hot water facility is the part of this program and inclusions. This is weekly program
runs throughout the years and starts on every Wednesday.

9. Ayurveda Rejuvenation (Kaya Kalp)
One the most unique program which we conduct at Ayurveda Wellness Center (AWC) is by the
name of Ayurveda Rejuvenation (Kaya Kalp). This is a 45 days (6 Week) program in which we will
work to emphasizes on anti ageing techniques as per the Ayurveda philosophy and treatment. The
science behind Ayurveda rejuvenation (Kayakalpa) program is based detoxification of the human
body which is made up of Seven Dhatus (tissues) as per ayurveda. The actual science of this
unique program is based on the theory of the food what we intake till it matured in to sperm
(Shukra). The Shukra in Sanskrit or Sperm means reproductive tissues which is the beginning of a
life and the whole concept is to have a healthy body to produce a healthy Sperm and thus signify
the antiagieng. Upon the completion of Ayurveda rejuvenation (kaya kalp) program one can
experience the reverse of the aging process and improvement of physical degeneration. This six
weeks course will unfold you to the ancient secret of rejuvenation layers by layers.

10. Therapeutic Yoga Retreats
The Ayurveda Wellness Center (AWC) offers Therapeutic Yoga Retreat Programme in Rishikesh India.
This is a one week program with a general schedule of yoga asana, pranayama, meditation,
philosophy, mantra chanting. The program will have Hatha yoga classes, Visualization Meditation
and pranayama, Principles of Asana, Ayurvedic tridoshic assessments and consultation, and various
other types of Ayurveda techniques and treatments. The complete week is like a yoga holiday with
every day one hour of ayuvedic treatment and weekend day excursion and day outing with fun of
trekking, nature walk or water rafting.

11. Ayurveda and Panchakarma Treatments
Ayurveda Wellness Center (AWC) provides Ayurveda treatment and therapies under the Ayurveda and
Panchakarma treatments program. This program will not only help you in the treatment of various
ailments and chronic diseases but also will cure like obesity, diabetes, heart disease etc. The
program also has rejuvenating massages to eliminate anxiety and stress and dipression. Our experts
team works for correcting the imbalance, improving the digestion, acute constipation and eliminate
