                          Responsible for the Textile team and Plastic Team during the period from Jul. 2002 till Dec. 2002.

                          Conducing in-depth financial analysis on the macro and micro level including company visits, management interviews,

                          The bank selected 27 of its employees to attend exclusive nine month course, followed by three months online training. The
                          course is a local adaptation of the Chase Manhattan Training Program. The curriculum covers the following: Accounting,
                          risk analysis, financial statement analysis, cash flow mechanics, lending rational, trade finance, legal issues, dealing room
                          functions and investment valuations. The course included on the job training and case studies as well as comprehensive
                          examinations and an integrated industry study.

Senior Credit Analyst – Corporate Banking Group (Feb. 2000 – Jul. 2004)  Responsible for the Food, Agri-business & Poultry Industries with a portfolio amounting to EGP 500 Million during the period from Jan. 2003 till Jul. 2004.  Initiated contact with a new client, resulting in facilities worth EGP 30 Million.  Managed trade finance transactions under the United Nations “Oil for Food Program” worth EGP 100 Million.  Settling a bad debt worth US$ 14 Million.  Responsible for the Textile team and Plastic Team during the period from Jul. 2002 till Dec. 2002.  Responsible for the Tourism Team during the period from Feb. 2000 till Jun. 2002.  Conducing in-depth financial analysis on the macro and micro level including company visits, management interviews, visiting industry experts and forecasting.  Designing and recommending financial packages to clients including cash management, debt raising, export finance, FX deals and others.  Handling documentation and legal procedures related to facilities and loans.  Presenting credit recommendations to the appropriate approving body.  Quantitative and qualitative analyses of accounts handled, industry assessment, reporting Bank position and presenting it to the Bank’s senior management.
