type of advert that we run.
This is also restricted to a number of
job boards that are within our
network.

This is our branded option 1
which just features a company
logo.

logo, but also other images.

Adverts can also be designed to your
specifications by our in-house design team
for a very competitive cost. ( Ownership of
the adverts designed by the Wow design
team will be given to the client for other
uses)

6. Step By Step Process
CvWow receives instruction on a specific role. A
fully optimised job board friendly advert is produced
The proposed advert is proofed by the client, a
personalised filtering and screening criteria is then
agreed
The fully optimised advert is posted to a network of
our recruitment job boards for the period of 28 days
During the 28 day adverting campaign each
application is personally filtered and screened on a
daily basis
Each application which meets or exceeds the
screening criteria is emailed directly to the hiring
manager
The hiring manager is contacted on a regular basis to
discuss each application and review the screening
criteria
A summary of each application along with a shortlist
of the best candidates can be provided at the end of
the campaign
CvWow follow up after each campaign to determine
the end result

• Print Media – CvWow.com have relationships with a large range of
Newspapers and industry specific magazine. Due to the relationship that we
have built we are able to save our clients hundred’s of pounds per advert by
utilising the preferred rates that we benefit from.

offer our clients the extra benefit of searching through millions of CV’s to find
the ideal candidates for our clients needs.
• Access to Job Board Premium Packages – Due to the preferential rates we

• Wow Designs – CvWow’s fully equipped design studio offers a personal
