We must first find investors who are willing to
loan at the best rate possible.
Since the amount loaned to the private sector
has seen its record high just a few months
ago, there shouldn’t be any reason why our
company wouldn’t be able to borrow from a
bank in Singapore. However, with a better
exchange rate, interest rate, and more
available funds, we should borrow from a U.S.
bank.
