LOW RISK
• CT Score: 25-15
• Treatment: only through general treatment can be controlled like Fever reducing agent, pain
reducing, Multivitamins, appetite stimulant and Virus division suppressor medicine
MILD RISK
• CT Score: <15
• Treatment: along with general treatment oxygen required, steroid (Inflammation reducing agent)
should given, Blood thinner ( anti-coagulants), Virus division suppressor medicine
SEVERE RISK
Above the 35 CT-score it’s means corona report is negative.

• CRP Value: > 10mg/L
• treatment: only through general treatment can be controlled like Fever reducing agent, pain

LOW RISK
• CRP value: 18.8 mg/L
• Treatment: only through general treatment can be controlled like Fever reducing agent, pain
reducing, Multivitamins, appetite stimulant and Virus division suppressor medicine
MILD RISK
• CRP value: 39.4 mg/L
• Treatment: along with general treatment oxygen required, steroid (Inflammation reducing
agent) should given, Blood thinner ( anti-coagulants), Virus division suppressor medicine
SEVERE RISK
Normal CRP concentration in human body is less than 10mg/L.

9. C-reactive protein (CRP) test in relative of
corona diseases
 CRP Test is a supportive indicator of infection and inflammation in lungs.
 In a CRP test, If a patient found in a high risk categories or CRP Value is high, in this
condition given steroids is preferable.
 In a CRP test, If a patient found in a low risk categories or CRP Value is low, in this
condition given steroids is dangerous because it may reduces immunity by decreasing the
level of cytokines.
 Take more steroid without a control dose is can reduce immunity, can help parasite to
grow inside body like fungal (diseases: mucormycosis) and bacterial.

10. Spo2 value and Pulse rate parameters
 In covid patient Spo2 level below 85% required concentrated oxygen support.
 In sometimes tachycardia condition medicine required.
 Oxygen level and can easily monitor by using pulse oximeter.

Fever:
Paracetamol 500mg- 4-6 in a day
Pain relief:
Mefenamic acid 500mg – 1-2 in a day / Aceclofenac 100mg

o Vitamin c 1000mg daily for 10-14 days

14. Virus division suppressor
 Favipiravir 200mg - 2-3 in a day
or
Remdesivir injection
 Ivermectin 6mg twice in a day for 5 day

15. Inflammation reducing agent
• Dexamethasone 6mg once a day for 5-7 days
‘Or’
• Methylprednisolone 32mg in divided doses 5-7 days.

 Tocilizumab 8mg per 5kg body weight, single dose in a week – it can given single along with
dexamethasone a/c to current research when IL-6 level high in body or cytokine storm. It should be
given only when patient came in high risk categories.
 Asthalin inhaler (salbutamol)

16. Blood thinner
• Apexaban tablet 2.5mg take twice in a day
Or
• Enoxaparin 40 units (0.4 ml) injection for 5-7 days
Or
• Warfarin 2mg tab take twice in a day

17. Other medication
 Plasma therapy
 2- Deoxy-D-Glucose

18. Antibiotics
 Due to coronavirus, the immunity is weakened, which increases the chance of bacterial
infection, In case of bacterial infection we should use Antibiotics;
• Azithromycin 500mg – single or twice in a day for 5-7 day
or
• Doxycyclin 500mg – single or twice in a day for 5-7 day
or
• Amoxclav 500mg – single or twice in a day for 5-7 day
or
• Cefixim 200mg – single or twice in a day for 5-7 day

19. Antifungal
 Due to coronavirus, the immunity is weakened, which increases the chance of fungal
infection, In case of fungal infection (mucormycosis) we should use Antifungal;

• Treatment: Amphotericin B, posaconazole, isavuconazole
