chemical in view of the nature of the container, it
shall be tagged with the label.

Exemption: Subregulation 2(3) Parts II (Classification), III (Packaging), IV (Labelling) and VI (Inventory) of CLASS Regulations do not apply to: Pesticides(PesticidesAct 1 974) Chemical in transit prior to export which is stored at any storage area (Note: For these chemicalsonly requirements on S DSand CBI (Part V & VII) apply) CMD-DOSH 2014 14
