Arvind Raman is currently an Associate Principal (Solutions Architect) of Global Accounts at
ExactTarget. In this role, Arvind is responsible for solutioning, architecting and implementing
technology solutions to support the interactive marketing programs for strategic ExactTarget clients.
As a Solutions Architect, he provides consultative expertise to the client’s technical teams and leads
the creation of technology solutions that facilitate further leveraging of the ExactTarget application.
Before coming to ExactTarget, Arvind was the Director of Product Management for c360 Solutions, a
CDC Software Company. At c360, he was responsible for driving and managing the product strategy
and roadmap, which included more than 25 products for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
Prior to c360, Arvind worked with various companies leading and implementing successful CRM
solutions with a focus on the Financial Services industry. Arvind worked with EasyBroker in London
where he was responsible for the deployment of a tightly integrated CRM and equity trading system.
Arvind worked with Riggs Bank in Washington, DC where he was responsible for architecting CRM
solutions as part of Rigg’s Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) programs.
Arvind began his career at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he was a Business Analyst in their
Institutional Equities group.
Arvind has also been involved with different professional and community organizations such as TIE
(The Indus Entrepreneurs), AIMA (Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association) and TAG (Technology
Association of Georgia). Arvind is an honors graduate from the Georgia Institute of Technology where
he received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a Certificate in Economics. Arvind is also a
Certified Pragmatic Marketing Product Manager.
