Job Responsibilities as Process associate : To break in smaller parts and allocate the project assignments/task to team members. Timekeeping for projected tasks at each stage/level, i.e. data transfer, allocation, processing, quality analysis, audit, final compilation for dispatch, etc. To prepare and maintain team's productivity report, quality report, project schedule report and any other reports as advised by the Project Manager To prepare and maintain project manuals/guidelines as needed and keep the team updated with the same.
