Proven leadership is key with any company.. Like the old adage says:

It’s so true and that is why I always look real close at the leadership when choosing a MLM Opportunity. I recommend
you do the same!
Organo Gold was founded by Bernardo
Chua and is currently also led by him.. He
has quite a bit of MLM experience and has
launched distributor lines that have reached
in the 100′s of thousands per Organo Golds
website.
However after a little research I did note that
Bernardo was the past CEO of now their
competitor Gano Excel. Gano Excel is also a
Ganoderma based coffee company that was
actually recently closed in the U.S.

The Products
A company’s product line is very important.. You definitely want to ensure there is a need or want for the products.
But sometimes it can be difficult to establish whether or not there’s a product line that could be appealing to the
masses.
Organo Gold’s products include coffee, hot chocolate, tea, nutritional supplements, and personal care products, all
containing Ganoderma.
One of Organo’s main products is mindset.. They pride themselves on the teachings of Napoleon Hill Think and Grow
Rich.. I have been told that this is really what Organo’s main product is.. To teach the world how to create million
dollar habits through napoleon Hills teachings.
I definitely believe that healthy coffee has it’s place but I also no that coffee is often times very personal. I would
recommend definitely tasting the Organo Gold coffee before purchasing it. I tried Organo coffee and did not care for it
personally just a fair warning before you spend your hard earned money.

Not to mention there is some potentially harmful ingredients in their coffee and has a lot of sugar in it..
Here are the ingredients listed in their Latte Coffee:
Sugar, Non Dairy Creamer [Glucose Syrup Solids, Vegetable Fat, Sodium Caseinate (a milk derivative), Dipotassium
Phosphate, Pentasodium Triphosphate, Mono- and Diglycerides, Riboflavin and Sodium Aluminum Silicate], Instant
Coffee, and Ganoderma Extract.
Here’s what harmful ingredients you should be aware of:
Sodium Caseinate, a milk derivative, is a form of MSG (monosodium glutamate).
Aluminum in the form of Sodium Aluminum Silicate may be a concern for those with brain disorders such
as Alzheimers.
Malt Extract will be a concern for celiac as it is a wheat derivative.
On a positive note coffee is the world’s second most drank beverage in the world. But can you really get people to
switch? Let’s find out..
The Organo Gold Compensation
On order to get started in Organo Gold you will need to make a purchase of the business kit for $49 and a purchase of
the products.. The person sponsoring you may be pressuring you to take advantage of the highest product pack of
$1295 and rightfully so since it is the only way to earn at the top of the compensation plan.
You basically have 4 options when joining Organo Gold and with each one you can earn more like the diagram shares
below..
I would make note that the
high buy in is illegal in
some countries and often
times raises eye brows to
the FTC that their is a
money or pyramid scheme
going on because you can
only earn if you purchase
your position.
Now with most
compensation plans you
have to work your way up
and that is definitely the
case with Organo Gold.
There’s quite a few hoops
so to speak that you will
have to jump through to be
paid. This is pretty normal
for a binary compensation
plan which is why many
countries have made them
illegal.

5. But some companies have gotten crafty and added a uni-level and call the binary a bonus. I know that when looking
into a company getting paid is really important and it can be quite confusing to look at a companies compensation
plan since there are so many ways to be paid as well.
I tend to keep away from binaries all together it’s a rule I have when choosing a company. The reason being that
these types of compensation plans are to make the companies more money and normally only pay out between 6 to
12%.
Believe me when I tell you that there are much better compensation plans when it comes to MLM companies to
choose from. Some paying up to 70% to their representatives.
The problem is the compensation plan looks pretty enticing to people that don’t know any better and the people
showing the plan often times don’t know any better either. You can definitely get paid but you may find yourself
working extra hard to do so is all..

If it sounds to good to be true it probably is? Some people might think Organo Gold sounds to good to be true so it
must be some sort of scam.. If someone is making income claims about this opportunity or perhaps you know
someone that is making a ridiculous amount of money with this opportunity. Either way your hear and wondering
whether Organo Gold is a company you can rest your hat with and gain financial freedom from.
I have good news for you Organo Gold is not a scam.. It is a respectable Network Marketing company that you can
absolutely make money from.
However there are some draw backs to joining Organo Gold. Which we’ll go over how to overcome them in the next

Organo Gold – Your #1 Obstacle
Many people trying to recruit you will tell you anything they think you might want to here to get you to join them in their
business. This is scary because they’ll tell you what they do is easy and Organo Gold coffee sells itself etc. Like it’s
EASY!
These are lies! Although you won’t be under a car with a blow torch you will have to talk to people and ask them to
join you. For example let’s say you talk to 5 of your friends and ask them to show up to a meeting, 0 to 1 of them will
actually show up. Success in MLM is a numbers game! 90% of the people you talk to are going to say NOooo!
Another example if your products or services sold themselves the company wouldn’t need you! I assure you that if
you were to put Organo Gold Coffee out on a table in your front yard no one would even stop to look, let alone buy. It
is your job to not only get the word out but close the sales.
Most people fail at MLM because they are recruited wrong! They are not informed that success never comes
easy and that anything worth having will take time. Expect about 2 to 5 years to fully launch your MLM plane off the
ground. This is more realistic and is the industry statistic for those that stick it out and work hard at it.
People that frown at that I ask them if they were to continue doing what they are
currently doing right now for the next 5 years would their lives be any different 5
years from now?

6. Organo Gold Leads
More than likely their response is NO! The plan that they are working today is not going to change their path!
Give yourself a nice big pat on the back for seeking something better for yourself and your family! Only about 2% of
the population make it a point to seek out other options to make their lives better.
