100 years with the L.J. Hooker network, and billions of dollars in project sales to their credit.

Mr Alexander (Sandy) Moore
Managing Director - CEO
                                                 Joined L.J. Hooker in 1989 and has had extensive experience
                                                 with an outstanding track record in all forms of Project
                                                 Marketing management (residential, commercial, retail and
                                                 industrial).
                                                 Also has a depth of knowledge in respect of Facilities

 MANAGEMENT OF SALES THROUGH GENERAL AGENT MARKET
               We undertake to manage our clients’ projects to the broad agent base available.
               We ensure all Agents (and Agencies) are fully informed of the project, invited to
               participate in the sales program and briefed on a regular basis with complete access
               available to all documentation, including contracts.
               We handle all payments to the introducing agent and all paperwork and reporting
               required. This ensures our client projects have the absolute maximum exposure to
               the marketplace.


♦ DIRECT SALES THROUGH IN HOUSE SALES TEAMS
               The L.J. Hooker sales team handle all enquiry generated from the direct advertising,
               signage and electronic marketing.
               The sales team is highly trained and highly skilled at converting enquiry to
               concluded deals.

 ♦ FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
                A core part of the L.J. Hooker offer to our developer clients is the tie in of our
                Facilities Management division for the ongoing care and maintenance of the asset.
                It is critical that the building, the grounds and the general facilities are maintained to
                the highest standard.
                Our FM division will work with the owners association to ensure that over the long
                term the project is maintained in a manner that both enhances each apartment’s
                value and the developer’s reputation.


 ♦ LETTING MANAGEMENT SERVICE TO INVESTOR BUYERS
                Our experienced Letting Management division provides an opportunity for project
                purchasers to have a passive income stream that maximises their returns and
                minimises their input.
                Our team handle letting and all management issues with the tenancy, and provide
                the apartment owner with monthly statements and EFT of all income.
                Our service schedule covers tenant sourcing, tenant selection, reference checking,
                lease preparation, security bond and escrow account, rental collection, monthly
                EFT disbursement to owners, monthly accounting statements, end of year financial
                reporting, regular property inspections and owner reports, maintenance reviews,
                and general maintenance as required.
                The provision of this service assists us to compile an extensive data base of multiple
                property owner/investors and considerably increases your potential sales market
