1. Teachers are required to attend every class teaching
assignments in on time
2. Teachers are required to have 90% attendance of presence
in the classroom.
3. Teachers must attend 95% at any official meetings
4. Teachers were given additional tasks required to attend
100%
5. If the teacher can not be present / absent teacher shall
inform the picket
Teachers are required to provide to the students' learning
motivation
Teachers shall submit material and provide evaluation
Teachers are required to archive the value in the form of
student evaluation results fortopolio
Teachers shall submit the above news absence to teachers
picket
Operating Standards for
teachers serves to:
(1) facilitate the task of the principal officers (teachers) and
other additional duties,
(2) as the base / reference in case of deviation,
(3) to determine clearly the obstacles and easily tracked,
(4) directing teachers to be equally disciplined in work
(5) as a guide in carrying out routine work.
• With SOP, teachers will be more confident in their work and
know what must be achieved in every step of the job and can
be used to measure teacher performance.
