Invision Brand Consulting is pleased to offer you a Virtual internship opportunity as a "Business Analyst"
intern. You will report directly to your Manager in line for this role, Rashmi Tewari. This is a remote
working position and you will need to manage your time to deliver agreed assignments.
By signing we are also agreeing that we believe strong partnerships are built when expectations are
clearly set and open communication exists between both sides. Assignments will be delivered in full
within agreed upon timing, just as clear directions, mentoring and your stipendland benefits(as Annex
1) will be delivered to you.
For this position, your major duties will include designated tasks/projects related to market research/
business development or media reachouts and/content writing. Your schedule will be approximately t2-
20hrs per week beginning t3/0L/2016. Your assignment will conclud e on t2/03/2ot6.

The documents you shall be receiving, Invision's methods, lnvision's original materials, and it's clients'
information are strictly confidential. Invision's clients' lP rights are how they mal<e money. So sharing
documents, strategy, or any other information you learn here is prohibited and use of it outside the
scope of this Internship amounts to pilferage and may amount to remedial action as necessary on the
part of Invision. While what you learn you will be able to apply to future jobs, any written material

Monthly stipend payments will be made out to you, twice no tater than the following dates per month
of agreement- Feb LO,2OL6 and March 12;2OL6, as a bank transfer to your preferred account.
Stipend structure will be as follows -
o Basic - INR 2500 per month. Performance based top-ups at the end of term, on the sole
