• Different media sources will always want to promote a
biased view of a place.
• E.g. a local council will want to attract businesses and
people to come and live in the area.
• Media sources can be used to help to rebrand an area
as well, to push a more positive image of a place.
• Different sources include paintings, literature,
photographs, newspaper articles, radio and TV as well
as video and films.
• Biased opinions / photographs and newspaper articles
can effect visitor numbers too.
