CLIENT ASK
• Develop a solution for creating a free-standing
flock of life size flamingos for store windows
APPROACH
• Using the process of routing the die cut with a
beveled edge and then printing the white EPVC,
all visible edges were eliminated from the birds
• Routed channels on the back side of each half of
a bird, metal rods were embedded between the
sandwiched pieces
• Heavy metal bases keep the flamingos upright
and stable

• Design and engineer a display for the newly launched Cat Ear Headphones
• Must utilize existing free standing fixture
• Incorporate lighting elements into the stand and backer
APPROACH
• Engineered a powder coated aluminum base to house color changing LED lights
• Utilized temporary materials with print to skin the existing fixture
• Leveraged a variety of materials (styrene, falcon board, PETG) to create a hollow
die cut backer with translucent surfaces to illuminate specific areas of the larger
than life headphones.

• Leveraged our highly skilled prototyping team to craft the larger than
life replica based on 3D models produced in house
• Incorporated a variety of materials (EPVC, plywood, PETG, foam, faux
leather, metal base)

• Used a combination of materials to construct
walls, kitchen and dining room furniture, and

of the Whim brand into an all new environment.
