questioners, and interviews. It was found that the questionnaires would not help the research because the information that was needed could not be

When conducting the research, difficulties and challenges were experienced. One of the big problems faced was finding a way to convert the
differential equation into a function. Research online helped narrow down the problem, and then specifically having a talk/interview with math's

After spending a few hours reading webpages and finding numerous sources, reliable information about deforestation in the Amazon was found. The
World Wildlife Fund had very reliable information as there were sources and statistics which could support their statements (World Wildlife fund,
2015). The organisation is very credible as they always publish true information with supporting sources. At times it was difficult to find exact
information so narrowing the search made it easier to find information which I was looking for. Webpages are not the best for research but there were a
few webpages which were useful when they had sources to support the statements.
The next research process chosen was a skype interview with a man who currently lives in Pina, Brazil (Phillips, M, August 2015). This was an
extremely useful source as it was firsthand accounts of what is currently happening in the Amazon rainforest. The man told me new information such
as laws and politics in which I had currently not learnt about and after the interview I discovered sources which supported what he was telling me.
Doing a skype conference was hard because he lived in a different time zone but it was one of the best research processes used. Even though he is not
an expert, what he told me during the interview was accurate and reliable because it was supported by

A shocking 37% of educational websites are most likely to be blocked when internet filters are applied to the school internet. This affects educational
research for schools, however, this seems to be overlooked quite often. With this in mind we should allow schools to provide unfiltered internet access
because online censorship causes educational research to be more strenuous the filters used can be easily bypassed by a VPN (Virtual Private
Network), and having unfiltered internet access prepares kids for this unfiltered world we prosper in.

The sophisticated techniques of hackers that are used to infiltrate computers through e mail, are now being adapted to help hackers send virus files
or Trojan Horse programs to IM users or capture a user's list of IM buddies. These files are called Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) which
can be purchased from major suppliers and used to create an IM worm.
Another aspect of IM worms and viruses that attracts many hackers to this type if hacking, is that it is faster, simpler, and more effective. Unlike

The amount of mobile phone and computer usage is also associated with waking–time tiredness and unhealthy sleep habits. A South Korean study
showed a 37.7 percent prevalence of excessive daytime sleepiness due to addiction. As for possible addicts and non–addicts, it was significantly lower
at 13.9% and 7.4% respectively (Weinstein, 2010). Some other symptoms that addicts showed were longer sleep latency, lower sleep efficiency, poorer
sleep quality, more sleep disturbances, daytime dysfunction, were more likely to use sleep medication, and be more depressed. That brings us to the
next point, depression. Internet Addiction has many different psychological effects. There are deficits in decision making functions, low self–esteem,
potential for obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, social phobia, hostility, loss of sense of time, neglect for basic drives, withdrawal, anger,
tension, low tolerance (always needing more), frustration, anxiety and irritability. The obsessive–compulsive symptom was found to be an independent
factor that influenced the addiction (Jang, 2008). However, depressive symptoms seemed to have the biggest influence on internet addiction. As

previously stated, these college–aged students may turn to the internet to cope with their depression, which is not a suitable way of treating it. When

What could be better than making a naked bouncing egg?! Making a glowing one, of course! This activity teaches little scientists about egg anatomy
and osmosis takes just a few minutes to set up but is seriously egg–citing! I think it's a good idea for teachers to participate in this experiment because
it's a good way to have fun.
First thing you will need is your materials which is: An egg, clear glass, vinegar, highlighters, and a blacklight.
Second you have to know how to make a glowing bouncy egg and if you don't know how I will show you how because it's surprisingly simple – the
hardest part is having to wait.
To start, I took the polyester cylinder out of the highlighter and squeezed it to extract as much of the ink as I could. The easiest way was to use my
fingers, so be prepared for a little mess. Next, I very carefully added a raw egg to each of the glasses and covered them with white vinegar. The pink
and orange solutions were very bright, but the solution with the yellow highlighter turned almost clear when the vinegar was added. Now all I had
to do was wait. I could see bubbles forming on the surface of the egg almost immediately, but I had to wait a couple of days to see the real results.

My research project question was inspired by my overweight friend in year 5, who used to purchase lunch orders from the school canteen every day.
Studying Stage 2 Nutrition lead me to become further intrigued by this topic and drew me to question how the school canteen could have contributed
to friend's weight issues and why some canteens are still less inclined to act on the issue of obesity than other school canteens.
My research into this topic consisted of two interviews, a primary school survey, literature review of various books on food and nutrition, watching

Even though the study was conducted eleven years ago, through cross reference with other sources, I found similar problems and concerns evident in
the documentary series are still consistent and current with today's primary school children.
The nutritional evidence from Jamie's School Dinners was further supported by my literature research. The information found by my literature
research was highly reliable due to my main source of nutrition information coming directly from my SACE Stage 2 Nutrition text book. This is a
highly reliable source as it is an official SACE text book written for the stage 2 nutrition course. The authors of this book, Karen Magee and Meredith
Oliver, are also both highly experienced stage 2 teachers, with specialist backgrounds in nutrition. This information was exceedingly helpful as it helped
me when choosing specific foods to add to my designed primary school canteen menu. The information was also useful when discussing the benefits

The psychological aspects evident in Jamie's School Dinners were further expanded on by one of my interviews with a studying psychologist. This
interview was in–depth and I gained a more comprehensive understanding of the reasons why children refuse to eat various foods, and the various

Myrick examines cat videos on the internet, the reason we watch them what effect they have on those that watch them. Myrick surveyed nearly 7000
internet users for their survey and it "tested associations between personality traits, past behavior, and viewing cat–related media online, as well as

security in the future Globalization is making the security situation much more volatile in the future. This is because advancements in technology have
made communication easier. For most countries, this means that they have access to news and other information quickly. The problem is that some
people could do things that will insight others and engage in activities to create unrest. (Yudhoyono, 2012) A good example of this can be seen with the
anti–Islamic film that depicted the Profit Mohammed as a child molester. In America, these kinds of movies are protected by the Constitution.
However, in Muslim countries this creates negative animosities and sentiments. When this happens, the security situation will deteriorate. (Yudhoyono,
2012) In Indonesia this outraged a large number of Muslims who believed that this was another attempt by the West to impose their values on them.
This led to many people lashing out in protest against the film and anything Western. These issues are showing how the security situation will become
more volatile in the future. It is at this point that something small (such as a movie) could become a major incident in different regions of the world.
